Multigenre
Research
 Educators
generated multigenre projects during our Summer
Institute II and Tech
Leadership Team Training. These units require students
to demonstrate research in multiple formats rather than
a traditional research paper. A menu of choices are suggested

Traits
|
Research related
to the six traits has frequently been a topic researched
by Summer Institute Fellows. The collection writings related
to six traits is included. All Summer Institute Fellows
carry out writing
research as part of their requirements.

Summer
Institute II
 Our
summer offerings included a two credit Institute II that
focused on developing technology skills in the use of
Publisher, Inspiration, Word, and PowerPoint programs.
Teachers developed technology
integrated writing units that include student use
of these programs for their projects.

Tech
Leadership
 Our
Tech Leadership training focused on developing tech training
specialists who then became inservice and workshop leaders
during the following Summer Institutes and school years.
Resources were developed in support of presentations and
are available on our Tech
Leadership Site. Contact

your school district.
